Prime Location

Located near the busy intersection of St. Francis Drive and US 84-285, DeVargas Center is located one block from the most heavily traveled thoroughfare in Santa Fe, NM, and services a trade population of 211,457 (84% of this population is in the primary trade area). St. Francis Drive is the only major thoroughfare leading to Los Alamos, NM, the wealthiest sector of the trade area, and Taos, NM, a year-round tourist destination and ski resort.

DeVargas Center is less than one mile from the downtown Santa Fe Plaza, a historic district that caters to some 1.4 million visitors annually.
