Community
Room Information
The DeVargas Center community room is open to all
groups, regardless of the beliefs and affiliations of
their members, for educational, civic, and cultural
purposes. The community room is intended for the use of
groups and organizations rather than for use by individuals
or for personal, social activities.
Schedule
the Community Room
Contact the DeVargas
Center Management Office to schedule the community room or
to obtain further information. Advance scheduling and approval
is required prior to use.
Keep in mind that
the community room scheduling must coincide with the Center's
opening and closing times on any given day.
The Management reserves
the right for final approval of community room use.

Furnishing
& Equipment
Designed to accommodate up to 20 people, the community room
is supplied with chairs, folding tables and a wall mounted
white board for presentations.
Rules & Regulations
- Prior to use, all groups must register with the DeVargas
Center Management Office.
- Refreshments and beverages may be served. Groups must
provide their own coffee makers, cups, and any other equipment
or supplies, and remove all food items after use.
- Alcohol and smoking are not permitted.
- The room should be left as it was found, in a
clean and orderly fashion. All chairs and tables should be
stacked against the wall.
- The DeVargas Center does not assume responsibility
for damaged, lost or stolen property belonging to group members.
